Pellet is transported to the burners by means of screw conveyors. RRR has more than 30 years of experience in this field.

Therefore, we can adapt screw conveyors and sweepers to any specific requirement.

We combine these two elements in order to make the best use of space. Screw conveyors are used as linear feeders. Sweepers are used as collectors in hoppers, silos or storage rooms (whatever their layout). Pellet is pushed and carried to the screw conveyor intake by means of a sweeper installed in the hopper. Then it is fed to the boiler via a screw conveyor.

Screw conveyors are helical screws that push the material forward while they turn on themselves.

Sweepers are composed of a blade assembly that drags the material while it rotates.
